After being put on hold for eight long years the Plans for Dynamic Tower is back on track.
The world’s first rotating skyscraper is coming soon to Dubai.
The idea was first made in 2008, but the project was on hold due to some hindrance.
Each apartment will rotate independently, at adjustable speeds constantly on completion.
David Fisher (Italian architect ) spoke about this in an interviewed about the Dynamic Tower.
He said, “This will be the first building designed by four dimensions, in other words. It is the first building that continues to change and never look the same.”
Gulf News said, “Each apartments would be for $30 million (Dh110m). The cost of the skyscraper will take $3 billion (Dh11b) to construct”.
This project’s firm mentioned in their website “The Dynamic Group decided to have in this iconic landmark a ‘Wellness Experience’ instead of a ‘hotel’. Indeed, it will no longer be a hotel but a new product in line with today’s life”.
On asking about the stars of the hotel he said “How many stars? This hotel will be beyond stars.”
They also said, “The hotel guests will be given the unique opportunity to shape the building and choose their view, thus redefining completely luxury in the hospitality sector. In doing so, they will also design the building and the skyline of the city”.
The building of 80-stories and the first 4 D skyscraper of the world. And will be 420 meters in height and will cover an area of 1.2 million Square feet.
The building will also have horizontally positioned wind turbines between each floor. And a completely self-powered solar panels on the roof.
